Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to guide the strategy, implementation, and refinement of Nobi's integrated healthcare product offerings in the US market. This role will focus on understanding industry requirements, gathering end-user insights, and proposing solutions that align with market trends and the evolving needs of senior care providers. Reporting to the CTO, this position involves close collaboration with a product team based in Belgium, ensuring cohesive product vision and execution across continents. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, including experience with integration of systems such as nurse call platforms, EHR, indoor positioning tools, access control solutions and resident engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead the process of gathering feedback through user interviews and market analysis to propose actionable product enhancements, create product roadmaps, and shape strategies that align with Nobi's strategic objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate closely with the CTO and the product team in Belgium to relay findings, propose strategies, refine product ideas, and ensure cohesive global product strategies and alignment with the overall vision.
Interface with clients to understand use cases, gather insights, and address customer-specific needs, ensuring proposals meet high industry standards and user expectations.
Identify market trends, compliance requirements, and integration opportunities with third-party healthcare systems-such as nurse call, EHR, indoor positioning, etc -to broaden Nobi's ecosystem.
Assist sales, support, and customer success teams by providing the necessary product knowledge, guidance, and materials to accurately represent and support the product.
Monitor product performance through data analysis and customer feedback, identifying and proposing improvements as needed.
Collaborate with relevant teams to oversee the creation of comprehensive product documentation, user guides, and training materials tailored to customer needs and product features.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business, or similar).
5+ years of experience in product management or product strategy, with a focus on healthcare technologies.
Familiarity with healthcare operational environments (senior care facilities, assisted living centers, etc.), including workflows and decision-making processes.
Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into product requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across time zones (US and Belgium) and explain product requirements clearly to diverse audiences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance for healthcare technology.
Nice to Have
Experience with IoT, AI, or healthcare technologies.
Proven experience in facilitating workshops, focus groups, or similar activities to gather user insights and optimize customer experiences, including creating customer journey maps.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations or standards in the US (e.g., UL, HCAI, HIPAA compliance, data privacy, etc.).
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions, meeting productivity standards.
Willingness to travel within the US to customer sites for product support, user interviews, and implementation as needed.
Salary Range: $110,000-140,000
