Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

Company: Confidential Investment Advisor

Location: Century City, Los Angeles

Pay Rate: $20-25/hour

Duration: 4 months

Schedule/Hours:
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • ???? Provide administrative support, including drafting documents, memos, and reports.
  • ???? Assist with office management and vendor coordination.
  • ???? Handle corporate expenses through Concur.
  • ???? Manage filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
  • ???? Coordinate internal meetings, travel, and events.
  • ???? Maintain KARMART Database and KAR intranet.
  • ???? Provide backup support for Reception and Accounts Payable/Receivable.

Qualifications:
  • ???? Experience with Microsoft Visio for space planning.
  • ?? Strong project coordination, writing, and communication skills.
  • ???? Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • ???? Familiarity with Zoom and Teams.
