Key Responsibilities
  • Support the C-Suite, SVP, Executive team with administrative tasks and projects
  • Calendar management and travel arrangements, expense reports
  • Meeting preparation, PowerPoint presentation preparation and review
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and problem-solve as issues arise
  • Maintaining records, organizing documents, streamlining process as applicable
  • Maintain professional and timely correspondence and communication
  • Special projects related to budget support, company events, leadership meetings

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of recent experience directly supporting executive-level leadership in an administrative capacity
  • Proficiency with word, outlook, powerpoint, and excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects with a high degree of accuracy
