About the Job:
Manage both business and personal calendars, including coordinating travel logistics for both domestic and international travel.
Manage and coordinate meeting logistics, including meeting preparation and follow-up.
Assist with drafting and preparing business-related documents and presentations.
Communicate across multiple different platforms and ensure that messages are answered in a timely manner.
Manage and process expense reports and conduct basic financial administration support alongside the COO and Controller.
Assist with personal support such as mail processing, coordinating family-related scheduling, appointments, and household logistics.

About You:
Experience. You have 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, including previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
MS Office savvy. You can navigate all the various applications of Microsoft Suite, especially MS Outlook.
Trustworthy. You act discretely, and exercise good judgement with confidential information.
Highly organized. You are an exceptional multitasker, with excellent time management and keen attention to detail.
Bilingual. Spanish language skills highly preferred, but not required.
