Position Overview:
Join our clients South Texas branch as a Relationship Team Assistant, where you'll connect with customers, introduce them to our storage solutions, greet walk-ins, and handle incoming calls. Reliability and daily attendance are essential to this role's success. If you're a strong communicator who loves helping people and delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Build Relationships: Connect with new and existing customers through strong communication and rapport-building. Understand their on-site storage needs, capture lead information, and follow up to drive sales and track data.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our storage containers and ground level office containers and services, to effectively convey their value to our customers.
Collaborate: Work closely with our Relationship Team Leader to ensure seamless and coordinated approval of all rentals and sales.
Achieve Targets: Assist the Relationship Team with meeting and exceeding the monthly rental/sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Other Duties as Assigned.
