About the Job:
Communicate with members of the organization, external contacts and the general public to assist with inquiries, requests, and scheduling matters in-person, over the phone and email using strong professionalism.
Maintain calendars and scheduling needs for the leadership; schedule in-person and virtual meetings and appointments.
Liaise with the administrative support team to facilitate communication and coordinate projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Organize and compile meeting materials, including but not limited to, documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. Ensure all parties have accurate materials leading up to appointments.
Provide administrative and project support to the team and help out with special assignments as needed.
Create trusting and lasting relationships with the team by executing tasks with professionalism and a sense of urgency.
Track and manage financial data and the submission of expense reports.
