Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales and Service team.
Prepare and manage documentation for new home orders, ensuring all customer selections (e.g., paint colors, cabinets, carpets) are accurately recorded.
Oversee and maintain back-office processes, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
Communicate proactively with new buyers, providing updates and guidance throughout the construction process.
Track and update contract revisions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Process and review supply orders to align with project timelines.
Coordinate with community managers to ensure homes are ready for appraisals.
Log and monitor payments in the system, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
Requirements Include:
Bachelor's degree required
1+ years of experience in administration.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and professional correspondence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools or software.
