Administrative Assistant

Join an expanding regional home builder in South Charlotte as an Administrative Assistant, providing vital support to the Sales and Service team. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $60K and outstanding opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales and Service team.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for new home orders, ensuring all customer selections (e.g., paint colors, cabinets, carpets) are accurately recorded.
  • Oversee and maintain back-office processes, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
  • Communicate proactively with new buyers, providing updates and guidance throughout the construction process.
  • Track and update contract revisions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Process and review supply orders to align with project timelines.
  • Coordinate with community managers to ensure homes are ready for appraisals.
  • Log and monitor payments in the system, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in administration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and professional correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools or software.
