Mount Indie is hiring a Facility Security Representative (FSR) who is a seasoned security professional with over 5 years of experience in federal or DoD secure facility management. We are seeking a candidate with in-depth knowledge of SCIF construction and accreditation, (Special Access Program) SAP Facility requirements, and who demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) standards, including physical security, personnel access, and operational procedures which will include:
Oversee the annual renewal and maintenance of SCIF accreditation documentation to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure adherence to SCIF-specific rules and guidelines during installations, repairs, and upgrades.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation related to SCIF operations, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), inspection reports, and access records.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of the SCIF to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities or compliance issues.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with government agencies regarding SCIF accreditation and security compliance matters.
Develop and Implement Security Policies: Create, update, and enforce security policies, plans, and procedures to safeguard the facility.
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Security Training: Provide security training and awareness programs for employees to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Incident Response: Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
Access Control: Manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel have access to secure areas.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, including Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, and other applicable directives.
Coordination: Liaise with government agencies, law enforcement, and other external entities regarding security matters.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date security documentation, SOPs, Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), DD Form 254s, and incident plans for government approval.
Required Skills:
Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or related discipline or five years of work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement.
5+ years of federal or DoD security facility management experience to include all phases of the facility lifecycle process, including planning, programming, design, and construction in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, SCIF Accreditation, and implementation of SCIF SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information).
Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Facility requirements.

SCIF Construction and implementation / application of ICD 705, Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, and ICS 705-2.
