As the Executive Assistant, you'll support leadership across multiple functions, including finance, sales, HR, customer service, and manufacturing. What You'll Do:
Support Leadership Teams:
Coordinate schedules, communications, and priorities for executives to ensure smooth operations.
Manage administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and report preparation.
Customer Service & CEO Support:
Act as the face of the company, addressing order inquiries, delivery schedules, and service needs.
Strengthen customer relationships through professional communication and coordination with internal teams.
Manage the CEO's calendar, organize meetings, and provide overall administrative support.
HR & Finance Support:
Serve as the benefits liaison, assisting employees with enrollment and updates.
Handle HR tasks such as onboarding, maintaining records, and compliance requirements.
Review and organize expense reports, track budgets, and prepare financial summaries.
Utilize Paycor to maintain HR and payroll accuracy.
Manufacturing & Planning Support:
Generate and maintain Excel reports for manufacturing metrics.
Update and pull data from MRP/ERP systems to support decision-making.
Collaborate on operational schedules and performance tracking.
Provide administrative support to the VP of Manufacturing.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred but not required.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or payroll platforms (e.g., Paycor) preferred.
Experience in HR processes or financial support is a plus.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and business software.
Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Professional communication with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
