Support day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, providing administrative support to the branch management, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the bank. Undertake various tasks ranging from receptionist and administrative duties and providing general support to the team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Maintain a neat and inviting reception area; ensure cleanliness and organization in pantry and copy room
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Prepare Business Expense Applications upon receipt invoices; ensure timely payments
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
Manage record-keeping and document management tasks
Update bank key inventory records as needed
Execute miscellaneous tasks, including making morning coffees; ordering food for bank events; maintaining the Visitor Log; ordering business cards for bank officers and more
Provide administrative support to branch management including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements; preparing documents, reports, and presentations; coordinating meetings including room setup and minutes recording as needed, and more
Perform other tasks as needed
JOB SPECIFICATION
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

High school diploma or equivalent
