We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to help with customer problem solving, order taking, and distribution and logistics - leading a team of around 10 - for an industrial production company. • Provide best-in-class customer service to our customers • Assist customers by providing relevant information related to products, shipments, order status, stocking information, and pricing concerns • Verify with production, sales, logistics, and the warehouse, as necessary, to ensure ability to fulfill order requirements as well as coordinating on shipments that need to be expedited, or to track missing or delayed shipments • Detail oriented, can accurately analyze data, good time management and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task • Desire to learn the product and technical information • Work with other team members to find opportunities to improve department efficiencies and participate in the implementation of those opportunities • Apply order management and supply chain/logistics expertise to strengthen relationships with key strategic accounts, drive efficiencies, and improve overall business results • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
