$110,000-$130,000 + great benefits + bonus

Overview:
Our client is seeking an efficient Executive Assistant who possesses a high level of organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. This is a great opportunity to provide one on one support to the visionary Managing Partner of this fast-growing Venture Capital firm start-up. The ideal candidate will be someone who can manage up and anticipate needs with minimal direction. This position offers an exciting dynamic environment with the opportunity to occasionally travel the world!
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Managing Partner's calendar, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently and appropriately.
Coordinate business and personal travel, including last-minute arrangements, sometimes requiring international travel (20-40 days per year).
Some personal assistant duties, including coordinating household-related logistics.
Maintain and update databases and relevant documents. Special projects as needed.
Collaborate with offices in London and San Francisco, coordinating across multiple time zones.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
A few years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in the venture capital or finance industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility and a willingness to travel internationally as needed (including last-minute arrangements).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build an effective working relationship
