Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will support multiple projects within the construction and architecture space. This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for 5-6 ongoing projects.
Draft and finalize technical specifications and project proposals.
Take comprehensive conference notes and maintain organized documentation.
Assist with processing construction documents.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Administration to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications:
5+ years of administrative experience.
At least 1 year of experience in construction or architecture.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Additional Details:
This is not an Executive Assistant role and does not involve event planning.
Training will be provided for additional software systems as needed.
