Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant at Haley Garcia Group in The Woodlands, TX. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support tl the team, maintaining phone and office etiquette, aiding in communication, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
  • Clerical Skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a real estate or related field is a plus
  • Associate's degree or relevant certification
