Job Description:
- Contract length: Approx. 6 months, could extend
- Location: Hybrid, 2 days onsite in Tempe, AZ (Tu/Th)
- Set/Max hourly rate: $23/hr
- Hours: Fulltime, M-F

Key Responsibilities:
- Support hourly and daily quality management across Corporate and Catering programs.
- Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures.
- Master internal tools and interact with customers, merchants, and deliver drivers regularly.
- Detect fulfillment challenges early to prevent widespread issues.
- Contribute to launching new pilot initiatives in Emerging Categories operations.

- 2 shift options:
- 6 AM - 2 PM PST
- 10 AM - 6 PM PST
