Role Description
QDROCounsel is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to work onsite in our Riverside, CA office for 20 to 27 hours per week. This position focuses on clerical and administrative functions that are essential to the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:
Answering and managing phone calls
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Scanning, organizing, and managing documents and records
Maintaining accurate filing systems and ensuring proper document storage
Handling correspondence and facilitating communication
Providing general administrative support to the team
Qualifications
Strong clerical skills, including document management and recordkeeping
Experience in administrative assistance and/or executive administrative support
Proficiency in handling mail, scanning documents, and maintaining organized filing systems
Excellent phone etiquette and effective communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a legal setting is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
