The duties of a Customer Service/Order Entry Representative include answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service to assist our client’s customers with questions, product information and orders
Additional duties include:
Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing answers or responses as needed
Providing information about products,services and customer orders
Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, complaints, as well as actions taken
Reviewing or making changes to customer accounts
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1Â years recent customer service/order entry experience preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Bi-lingual- English/Spanish ( Preferred)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and strong data entry skills
Strong communication an interpersonal skill
Excellent follow up and organizational skills
