The HR Coordinator's focus will be to administer our Department of Transportation (DOT) Authorizations for new hires, DOT verifications from previous employees, random drug testing for employees in a DOT and Non-DOT Safety Sensitive pool. Monitor drug tests and backgrounds for the pre-employment process of new hires. • Monitor background requests results • Monitor pre-employment drug and occupational medical exams • Process Department of Transportation Authorizations from New Hires • Process Department of Transportation Verifications • Process Random drug tests for DOT and Non-DOT Safety Sensitive pools • Other duties as assigned
