Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR and Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:
• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee relations.

Administrative:
• Provide general administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Organize and maintain office files and supplies.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
• Support event planning and coordination for company meetings and activities.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and other business materials.

Coordination:
• Act as a point of contact between HR and other departments.
• Ensure timely and accurate flow of information between teams.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR and administrative role.
• Experience working with an HRIS (Paylocity preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
