In this central role, you will;
Assist the Office Manager and administrative staff with all aspects of office services.
Collaborate with managers to prepare meetings, including scheduling and setting up conference rooms.
Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk when communicating with their esteemed clients in person and on the telephone.
Ensure the smooth running of the mail, supplies, catering, and conference room maintenance.
Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work in the office five days per week
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
