Warren Averett is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our Tampa, FL office. The ideal candidate will have more than 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as receptionist for front desk
Establish rapport with new clients and maintain relationships with current clients
Assist in completing projects and through analysis and presentation of information
Responsible for all administrative correspondence (writing, editing, proofing documents, maintaining emails, memos, etc...)
Maintain appointment schedule for all of the conference rooms in the office
Ensure that refreshments are adequately stocked and inventory for supplies is maintained
Assist with projects such as processing tax returns, financial statements, and additional, as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and approach challenging situations with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Must demonstrate a sense of urgency around critical priorities, but work calmly, independently and effectively under pressure
