Job Description
Preferred Education/Experience: • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Packaging Science or Science coursework OR • Bachelor of Science preferred OR • 3 years' experience in data entry / SAP work
Required Skills and Knowledge: • Experienced laboratory technician who also has demonstrated computer and data entry skills • Technical knowledge of standard packaging terms as well as good technical writing skills is critical • Experience with Bill Of Material creation for new articles. • Excellent English and technical writing capabilities • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Preferred Skills and Knowledge: • Technical knowledge in packaging engineering
Responsibilities: • Responsible for collecting technical data gathered from operations or specifications for the creation of article reports • Gather information/data for Technical Data Sheets (TDS) from various sources and documents and enter key data into an intranet-based database program • Gather information for the creation of Packaging Bill of Materials with the ability to enter them into SAP or spreadsheet • Follow up with Key Contacts on required information and update team on status of information collection
