Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing accurate and helpful information.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggest improvements to products or processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless experience.
Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide the best possible support.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree requried.
1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
