Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's reputable team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles within the Commercial or Residential Real Estate industry, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the operations of the real estate department.
Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for the team.
Assist in the preparation of real estate documentation and presentations.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative functions.
Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Experience working in an administrative capacity in the Commercial or Residential Real Estate industry is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

Monday to Friday, First Shift
