The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.
Qualifications/Certifications
Prior administrative experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
Position: Full-Time Administrative Support Worker
Candidate will handle various administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, organizing, reception duties, and more. Experience in the food and beverage and/or hospitality industries (e.g., server, hospitality work, customer service) is preferred and would be helpful.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide assistance and support to individuals as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel, as well as web-based platforms utilized by Aramark.
Verified Microsoft Office skills are required.
Compensation:
$20/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
