This in-office, full-time position involves answering inbound calls, assisting with inquiries, processing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues related to our products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally, maintaining exceptional phone and email etiquette.
Provide accurate information about Vezeni products and services.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests effectively.
Record customer interactions accurately in the database.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance service quality.
Conduct outbound follow-ups on customer inquiries or feedback as needed.
Apply sales techniques to promote additional services or products when suitable.
Stay well-informed about company offerings to deliver top-notch customer support.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in customer service, with a strong background in appliance sales preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively. Fluency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus.
