Role Description
Freight brokers put incredible trust in Highway, and that trust will be extended to you. The Commercial Program Manager is responsible for executing on critical programs that enable the sales team across various work-streams.
Your role:
Manage the various work streams and programs within the Commercial department to enable commercial teams, including Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to convert and retain business.
Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other relevant departments to track specific milestones and ensure delivery.
Create enablement material, reports, project summaries, communication plans, and more to aid Commercial teams in converting and retaining customers.
Put systems in place to operationalize the commercial org and lay the groundwork for the business to scale.
Qualifications
Proven experience in the transportation and logistics industry with a strong understanding of brokers, carriers, and Highway's ecosystem.
Highly organized and able to prioritize top objectives and execute against them while working cross-departmentally to achieve those goals.
Proven experience working with Go-To-Market teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Deep understanding of how to collaborate cross-departmentally to achieve goals outlined by the Chief Commercial Officer.
Strong ability to create enablement materials including customer and user sentiment, customer success materials for product launches or other related assets.
Expert in creating assets that tell the value prop of Highway with complex concepts by making them simple to digest and easy to understand.
Stay across all product updates/ launches and provide associated material to enable GTM teams with those communications and changes.
Highly experienced in Salesforce, Asana, Canva, Google Slides and other sales tools preferred.
Comfortable providing reports, data and updates to C-suite on a regular basis.
