The ECI Project Manager will be responsible for estimating and pricing projects in their entirety, along with the successful execution of all aspects of projects. They will be working with a Division Manager along with independently managing projects.
Essential Job Functions:
Estimating/quoting new work with Division Manager.
Responsible for coordinating ordering material for sold work.
Responsible for coordination of submittal packages when required.
Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work and entering items into computer estimating system, review bill of materials for accuracy and completeness.
Responsible for the timely completion of all client-required documents including submittals, layout drawings, as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.
Responsible to assist with the creation and flow of any change orders during the life of the project.
