The Foodservice Program Consultant will provide an advanced level of support to commercial foodservice energy efficiency and decarbonization programs, with a focus on program implementation, marketing and engagement to key stakeholders. In addition, anticipated projects will benefit from an attention to issues of equity and access, with a focus on diverse communities and interests that are traditionally underserved by existing programs. The ideal applicant is highly motivated, organized, enjoys building relationships, is a good communicator, and is passionate about sustainability. This position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage budgets, milestone timelines, schedules, and reporting deliverables. • Develop and oversee program processes for efficient, effective and reliable program execution. • Formulate, direct, and coordinate program activities and policies. • Ensure stakeholder buy-in through client and customer engagement. • Perform and direct research and analysis, then develop clear and concise written summaries of findings. • Actively manage client relationships by maintaining excellent communication with clients, stakeholders, partners, and the public to further program goals. • Execute and track communication and marketing plans to ensure stakeholder buy-in, leverage all available marketing distribution channels, engage customer participation, and drive recruitment for program offerings. • Liaison with utility allies, professional trade groups, industry partners, and utility clients to promote cutting edge food service equipment and utility energy efficiency programs. • Support regulatory analysis, data QA/QC, and engineering evaluations on behalf of Frontier's clients. • Adhering to company green policy and procedure manual. • Following and enforcing all safety protocols.
Required Skills Description • Must pass all required safety training and follow all safety guidelines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superb attention to detail • "Customer service" ethic to serve our clients and program partners • Must be willing and able to contribute in a team environment, while also possessing the capability to perform work independently when necessary. Does not require regular direct supervision. • Must be able to track program progress through software tools and work with clients, contractors, and other market actors to meet the goals of the program. • Proficiency in MS Excel®, MS Word®, MS PowerPoint®, MS Outlook®, Adobe Acrobat, and Windows® operating systems required, Access® (or other database) experience is of value. • The ability to lift more than 50 lbs. is required.
