The Junior Graphic Designer will support the Senior Graphic Designer in the creation, refinement, and production of both digital and printed stationery products. This role will focus on executing design concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality design outputs across all product lines. The designer will collaborate closely with the creative team to contribute to new product launches, seasonal collections, and ongoing updates.
Assist the Senior Graphic Designer in developing and refining designs including: new product features, cover patterns, layouts, and colorways.
Adapt design templates for various formats and personalization options.
Prepare production-ready files, adhering to established templates and guidelines to ensure accuracy and print quality.
Resize, adapt, and adjust artwork as needed for various products, layouts, and customizations.
Collaborate with printing teams to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
Assist in reviewing design elements for consistency, alignment, and brand integrity.
Work with product, marketing, and printing teams on cross-functional projects.
Experience:
2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably focused on product or print design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color, and pattern.
