Job Title: Radar and Software Integration Specialist (Remote with Travel)
Location: Remote (with travel to White Sands, NM for meetings a few times per year)

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Radar and Software Integration Specialist to join our team. This is a unique, high-impact role that requires a blend of technical expertise in radar systems, software integration, and cybersecurity compliance.
In this remote position, you will play a critical role in integrating radar systems with software solutions while ensuring compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and other cybersecurity standards. Periodic travel to White Sands, NM, for in-person meetings is required.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and integrate radar systems with custom software solutions.
Ensure radar systems meet operational requirements and align with project objectives.
Implement and maintain compliance with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and other cybersecurity standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to radar systems and software.
Document system configurations, processes, and resolutions for future reference.
Provide technical input and recommendations during project meetings and strategy sessions.
Participate in on-site activities at White Sands, NM, as needed.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with radar systems and software integration.
Strong understanding of STIGs, RMF, and other DoD cybersecurity requirements.
Familiarity with networking protocols, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with military radar systems or similar technologies.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and system management.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Education:
No formal degree required. Demonstrated experience and expertise in radar systems, software integration, or cybersecurity will be heavily considered.
