Background

KGO is hiring P6 Schedulers to support comprehensive project management for data center construction in various the Philadelphia area. Schedulers will work full-time, primarily on site. An ideal candidate will have experience supporting data centers or mission-critical facilities. A proven track record of success in scheduling and situational intelligence/business aptitude is required. There is a significant amount of critical equipment required for these projects (mechanical and electrical components, for example) and the candidate must be able to understand, track, and expertly manage supply chain schedule issues. Additionally, the candidate should be an innovative thinker, decisive, and be able to identify and implement immediate solutions and decisions.

Functional Requirements

? Develop project/construction baseline CPM schedules in accordance with developed guidelines for approval by project teams.

? Develop standards/guidelines for pre-award project schedules in conjunction with Project Management

? Perform CPM schedule development, schedule analysis, and prepare schedule presentations using Primavera P6.

? Develop, monitor, and update post-award schedules.

? Develop, monitor, and update resource / cost-loaded schedules.

? Evaluate, perform resource/cost analysis, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports.

? Provide support, scheduling assistance, and education to project team members.

? Develop schedule templates for future use.

? Generate reports and update project schedules to include any scope changes on a weekly or as-needed basis.

? Establish and maintain effective relationships with all project team members.

? Review and verify all project-related scheduling information with project teams.

? Submit and present schedules and progress reports at project meetings.

? Develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with established standards.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Educational Requirements

? Minimum of 5 years of experience developing resource-loaded CPM project schedules in P6 (Primavera).

? Advanced skills in Primavera P6.

? Proven experience running reports in Primavera.

? Exceptional communication skills with diverse groups of stakeholders.

? Must be flexible and able to work independently without significant supervision.

Other

? Proven ability to manage effectively in very fast-paced environments, where meeting deadlines is paramount.

? Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
