Opportunity:
This position is to join our Healthcare Staffing division, based in New York, NY (W. 14th St), as the Director of the Permanent Staffing Division. You would be responsible for the management of a small team while also running a book of clients and candidates.
Requirements:
10+ years of permanent recruitment experience working at a staffing agency
Experience managing a small team of recruiters
Full desk recruitment experience - working clients and candidates
Permanent staffing experience is required
Healthcare staffing experiences is preferred
Knowledge of US Healthcare Staffing
Experience in training, developing and leading a successful team of recruiters
Experience reporting to Leadership/C-Suite and being accountable for team's performance
Extensive experience working in highly targeted fast paced environments, ideally within a fast growth staffing or start up organization
