Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement (A&M CPI) is building capability and capacity to help our clients solve and realize outcomes for core telecom technology infrastructure. Our Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry group is looking for accomplished consultants with deep technical expertise and proven execution capabilities to develop practical and achievable strategies for our clients.
A&M helps companies explore their options and leverage mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to unlock shareholder value. We help clients achieve the full benefits of transactions. We help streamline operations through divesting or restructuring under-performing and non-core business units or assets while also tackling residual overhead costs.
Our team focuses on wireless, wireline, cable, digital infrastructure, satellite, enterprise, engineering & services, and communication equipment.

Qualifications:
The salary range for Manager is $150,000-$225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
