Eurofins Analytics is seeking a Senior Client Services Manager for our Industrial Hygiene laboratory. The ideal candidate is adaptable and thrives in a changing environment, brings new ideas and fresh perspectives and has technical lab knowledge. Building strong rapport and trusting business relationships with clients is essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Laboratory's primary client representative.
Establishes Project Management department annual goals.
Oversees Project Managers and provides business guidance.
Facilitates client conflict resolution.
Complies with Quality Assurance requirements.
Assigns Project Managers to clients/projects.
Monitors Project Management workload and reassigns client projects as needed.
Work with Operations to meet monthly revenue goals.
Works closely with Operations to monitor lab capacity.
Provides general sales support to Account Executives for business development activities.
Attends marketing, trade shows, or conferences in support of Sales initiatives.
Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings.
Recommends and implements sales strategies to support and grow client accounts.
Qualifications
BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences (Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience may substitute for a degree).
Minimum 3 years client relationship or customer service experience.
Minimum of 3 years managing individuals and teams.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
Ability and/or Skills:
Experience with financial statements and measures.
Understanding of client markets.
Proficient using Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PPT, Word).
Strong management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Marketing skills.
Conflict resolution skills.
Public speaking skills.
Ability to handle multiple details and changing priorities.
Delivering effective presentations to prospective clients.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Ashland, VA are encouraged to apply.
Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000/yr depending on experience.
Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base salary of internal peers, business sector, and geographic location.
