Responsibilities

Revolution is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on selling our private label packaging solutions, with an emphasis on the pet care and industrial packaging industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located near a major airport in the central U.S. or other regions with easy access to national travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in industries such as pet care (e.g., Chewy, cat litter brands) and industrial packaging (e.g., mulch, soil bags). Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.

  • Deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our private label packaging solutions. Highlight product benefits, customization options, and cost-effective strategies to meet client needs.

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., procurement managers, product development teams, brand owners). Provide exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to final negotiation and closing. Develop competitive pricing strategies to meet both client needs and company goals.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging customer needs. Provide feedback to the product development team to shape future packaging solutions.

  • Act as the liaison between clients and production teams to ensure on-time and accurate delivery. Address any client concerns promptly and professionally.



Qualifications



  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of private label packaging, especially within the pet care, consumer goods, or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with eco-friendly or sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Familiarity with the private label product market.
  • Knowledge of flexographic printing techniques.
  • Experience working with CPG companies is highly desirable.

Pay Transparency: Base Range $80k - $100k + Bonus + Benefits + PTO
