Cash Apps Specialist - Onsite in Nashua, NH


We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist with payment processing, account reconciliations, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will support the finance team by accurately posting payments, maintaining records, and ensuring that transactions are processed efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:

• Post payments to customer accounts, including various payment methods.


• Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.


• Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets related to customer accounts.


• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and sorting documents.


• Provide backup support for team members as needed, including answering phones and taking messages.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with PowerPoint is a plus.
