Our client, a non-profit organization located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Contract Recruiter to support their team for 2-3 months, starting ASAP!
About the Job:
Full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across programs and business functions.
Partner with leaders and develop and execute strategy.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
Perform reference checks.
Facilitate the process through to offer delivery, negotiation, and on-boarding.
Complete additional tasks as needed.
About You:
3+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter.
A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Products; Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, and/or Ceridian ATS strongly preferred.
Possess an understanding of HR policies/procedures.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
Possess good judgment to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
About the Position:
$35/hr-$40/hr, depending on experience
Temporary for 2-3 months.
On-site training and a hybrid schedule.
Metro accessible in Washington, DC.
