This position is part of SKBA's IT Shared service but actually functions as a member of the BlueOval SK IT team.

By utilizing SK On's battery technology the company aspires to make the world's most safe and dependable electric vehicle (EV) batteries for the Ford and Lincoln brands.
The partnership is building three EV battery plants. One plant is located in Stanton, Tennessee at BlueOval City and twin plants will stand in Glendale, Kentucky at BlueOval SK Battery Park.
Role and Responsibilities: (day to day expected job duties) Planning & Strategy (PM/PMO)
Manage and improve the administrative workflows within ERP systems
Develop and improve GW, MIS systems
Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades and monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed
Manage, monitor, and report the ERP system to IT Project manager, as well work closely with other IT team members for any issues between ERP and GW systems
Strong teamwork skillsets to manage IT ERP systems (e.g., ERP, GW, SAP Concur) as a part of teams on ERP function in IT team
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
Configure and customize the ERP system to meet specific organizational needs and provide ongoing support for ERP system users and troubleshoot issues

Minimum Requirements (skills required to do this job; list at least 3 that are quantifiable):
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, information technology, business administration, computer science, or a related discipline
Solid experience in the development and integration of Groupware or similar administrative systems within broader ERP infrastructures (e.g., ERP: SAP, SAP Concur, Swift, etc.)
Proficiency in tools and programming languages and databases (e.g., C#, Java, MS-SQL, Oracle, JavaScript)
An analytical and problem-solving mindset focused on enhancing administrative efficiency and ERP integration
