This full time role will support various billing and eBilling tasks for the firm's clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit eBills, track status, and provide reporting and follow-up as needed
Communicate regularly with clients regarding eBilling updates and issues
Assist with client billing, collaborating with the Billing Coordinator to generate and edit client invoices
Perform billing research and resolve discrepancies
Support special projects and other accounting tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with client billing and eBilling (law firm experience prefferred)
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and automated accounting/billing systems (experience with SurePoint is a plus)
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with partners, management, and staff
Must be adaptable, demonstrate initiative, and be a team player
