Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Microsoft Systems Administration position. This position is a 2-year contract expected to be on-site. Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
Summary
Our client recognizes an increased in demand for advanced IT support to ensure seamless operations and enhance service delivery. The rise in complex IT issues requires specialized knowledge and skills. These challenges often result in escalated service desk tickets, leading to potential disruptions in productivity and employee satisfaction. The Microsoft Systems Administrator will provide experience diagnosing and resolving intricate IT challenges that will enable client to maintain operational efficiency. This will contribute to process improvements, knowledge transfer, and the development of best practices that will enhance clients capabilities in the long term.
The pay rate will range from $36 - $40 an hour.

Qualified candidates would have the following:
A minimum of three (3) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience in administration of Microsoft 365 Services to include:
1. UserLicensing
* Experience with user license management.
2. MicrosoftTeams
* Experience with Teams administration, including managing channels, permissions, policies, and integrations with other Microsoft 365 service.
* Troubleshooting issues related to meetings, chat, file sharing, and external access.
3. Intune
* Configuration and management of device compliance policies, application deployment, and mobile device management (MDM) using Intune.
* Troubleshooting device enrollment issues and managing corporate-owned devices.
4. ExchangeOnline
* Administration of Exchange Online, including mailbox management, email flow, retention policies, and spam filtering.
* Troubleshooting issues related to email delivery, calendaring, and user permissions.
5. SharePoint
* Management of SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and workflows.
* Resolving issues related to file access, site performance, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
6. OneDrive
* Administration and support for OneDrive for Business, including file synchronization, sharing permissions, and data recovery.
* Troubleshooting synchronization issues, storage limits, and user access problems.
7. Microsoft Bookings
* Administration and support of Microsoft Bookings for scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Resolving issues related to booking page setup, calendar synchronization, and user permissions.
8. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Applications
* Administration and support of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to ensure endpoint security across the organization.
* Troubleshooting issues related to threat detection, device compliance, and application security.
A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in NinjaOne to include:
1. Proficiency in remote monitoring and management(RMM) tools, particularly NinjaOne, for device management, patching, and remote support.
2. Ability to create and manage automation scripts, monitor system performance, and address endpoint security concerns.
A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in Splashtop to include:
1. Expertise in remote desktop solutions, specifically Splashtop, to provide remote support and troubleshooting for end-users.
2. Configuring and managing remote access policies and ensuring secure connections for remote support activities.
A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in Ticketing Systems to include:
