Lead the U.S. payroll processing team to ensure correct calculations, tax treatment, payroll reconciliation, and process outputs (third party, financial systems, etc.)
Lead the International payroll processing team to ensure proper coordination with in-country payroll processing providers.
Guide the payroll team during payroll processing, complex calculations, and other scenarios related to executing the payroll.
Review payroll/benefit calculations and processing results.
Consult with external vendors to resolve payroll issues and process each payroll. Follow through on all issues to a successful resolution.
Lead all quarter-end closing activities, including W2, W2Cs, and all related tax filings.
Mentor and train team on payroll and onboarding/offboarding employees.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
7+ years of U.S Payroll experience
2+ years of international payroll experience.
Minimum of 3 years of ADP WorkforceNow experience.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive process change.
