Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager - Remote - California

A trusted insurance brokerage in Northern California is looking to add an elite insurance professional to its commercial lines team! In this role, you will manage a general book of business and assist clients with the highest level of customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience - You have 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience
Licensed - Active Property & Casualty license
Software - You are proficient with Applied Epic, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
The Position:
Account management for small to mid-size accounts
In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
Ability to effectively assess risk
Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
Prepare the applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the producer
Follow up with Markets for quotations.
Create the proposal under the direction of the Account Executive
