Opportunity with SystemWorks:
Commissioning Engineer
Lead and manage multiple commissioning (Cx) projects from award through acceptance/occupancy, while maintaining customer satisfaction, quality, schedule and project budget. You will be performing technical design reviews, reviewing installation during construction, writing and performing functional test procedures, preparing technical reports and documentation, and establishing strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough commissioning activities to verify mechanical systems meet design intent.
Collaborate with general contractors, design engineers, and architects to optimize system performance.
Document findings and ensure systems meet operational and efficiency goals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address issues and ensure project success.

Job Requirements:
Experienced commissioning providers come from diverse backgrounds within the industry. If you possess expertise in HVAC system design, engineering, programming, installation, or operation and seek to apply these skills in a new capacity, commissioning may present a compelling opportunity for you.
Preferred Candidates:
Higher education and training in HVAC systems, for example BS in Mechanical Engineering or Journeyman Certification in HVAC trades
Experience in design, installation or start-up of HVAC, electrical, life safety, building automation, light or other building systems
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
