The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of a residential community by conducting patrols, monitoring security systems, enforcing rules, and providing exceptional customer service.**Responsibilities:**- Conduct regular patrols of the residential community to maintain security- Monitor security cameras and alarms for any signs of suspicious activity- Enforce community rules and regulations to uphold safety standards- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and incidents- Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents and guests**Requirements:**- High school diploma or equivalent- Valid security "D" guard license- Strong communication skills- Strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Reliable transportation- Capable of standing, sitting, and walking throughout the shift- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors while adhering to uniform standards- Understanding and compliance with all protocol procedures, policies, and post orders- Ability to act appropriately in an emergency situation- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fieldAt GWS Security LLC, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
