The primary purpose of the Campus Principal is to provide the day-to-day operational leadership of one of the campuses of Alliance Christian School. In this capacity, the Campus Principal ensures the vision and mission of ACSD are fully realized on campus. The Campus Principal also provides the Spiritual, Educational, and Administrative leadership to the campus. The building Principal primarily spends his or her time as a leader in planning, coordinating, teacher supervision, parent communication, and administrating school activities and programs including student spiritual life activities, student conduct and discipline, academic services, and campus-based programs. Professional Skills and Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree or higher in education. A Master's Degree in education or administration is preferred. Currently hold or able to obtain within 1 year an ACSI Principal Certification Proven track record of successful school leadership Proficient in Google apps Proficient in school financial management Passion for Christian Education Ability to carry out and promote the organizational vision and mission
