As part of the Global FP&A team, this position plays a critical role in supporting our company's growth and efficiency strategies through financial reporting and analysis. Role Responsibilities
This role supports the IBP and Productivity team in providing internal stakeholders with data-driven insights into company performance to support key strategic and financial objectives. In addition, the team manages financial systems, provides user training, and develops new standardized reporting within the RAC House based on business needs.
With oversight and guidance, the key responsibilities of this role include:
Provide timely and accurate month-end reporting including loading management reporting adjustments to EDW and validations
Support results reporting for key internal needs including Corporate Communications and Town Halls, as well as external industry publications (e.g. IWSR)
Perform annual reporting maintenance including product/customer updates, Comparable Adjustment loads, and walk across support
Identify opportunities for efficiency including process simplification, development of standardized reporting as business needs evolve, and systems training for key users
Various ad hoc reporting requests to support Global FP&A and Audit
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g. Excel, EPM (BPC), and SAP
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in Chicago with a salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
