Shermco US is seeking a Field Service Technician. The local office is located in Auburn, WA. However, the majority of service work can take place in the Pacific NW Region.

Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the datacenter and substation industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in acceptance testing, maintenance testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities:

• Perform acceptance testing, maintenance testing, and commissioning of datacenter and substation equipment
• Provide technical support to clients in the field
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Document all work performed and provide reports to clients

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in datacenter and substation industries
• Experience in acceptance testing, maintenance testing, and commissioning
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
