Description
As a Donor Care Process Supervisor, Your Impact is Vital! In this role you will be responsible for the nonproduction operational processes and administrative functions within Donor Care, focusing on enhancing operational continuity. Key duties include ensuring compliance, maintaining quality customer service, overseeing personnel, collaborating across departments, managing deviations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic planning.

Requirements
Knowledge/ Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Valid in-state driver's license required.
Experience
- Three years of related experience required.
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Skills/Abilities
- Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have analytical, statistical, personal organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active member of management.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.
- Must have a participative management style, strong team development, and coaching skills.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
- Ability to travel (25+ %).
