We invite applications for a p art-time specialist in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at our Tysons Corner Medical Center and VHC Health.
In collaboration with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States we provide high-quality, patient centered health care. Through this partnership, our physicians are part of an industry-leading health care delivery model, having access to advanced technological tools and receiving comprehensive practice support.
What You Can Expect:
This position is listed as a 0.5FTE, which is the equivalent of 20 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below
Consultative practice model, no deliveries
Provide outpatient care at Tysons Corner, including consultations, follow-up visits, virtual preconception consultations, reading ultrasound, performing prenatal diagnostic procedures
Outpatient support includes two full-time MFM RNs, three dedicated MFM sonographers, dedicated perinatal genetics counselor
Office equipped with state-of-the-art GE E10s
Afford inpatient consultations and rounding on antepartum service at VHC Health
Business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm, Flexibility to work up to 20 hours per week
Minimum Requirements:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Eligible
Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in Virginia
MAPMG Physicians:
Practice patient-centered, culturally competent medical care
Complete professional liability coverage provided at no cost
The starting hourly rate for this position is $207.00 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
